The Westlake Heights HOA committees are established by the Board and all service is on a volunteer basis. This is a great way to get involved in the community. Committee members and chairs are appointed each year for one-year terms following the sign up period in the fall.
Architectural Review Committee - Responsible for approving requests to modify home exteriors and landscaping.

Grounds Committee – Responsible for developing and maintaining communal property and choosing the landscaping contractor.

Communications Committee - Responsible for website, social media, and all other internal and external communications.

Social Committee – Responsible for fostering community spirit and running social events. Community events occur quarterly. At Halloween time, residents get into the spirit by decorating their homes and the social committee hosts a home decorating and costume contest.
